Clinician Well-being Series: Application & Summary
This course is designed to provide mental health clinicians with a comprehensive understanding of key factors influencing their well-being and effectiveness in practice. Grounded in research and practical applications, participants will explore essential concepts such as the CLAS standards, psychological safety in the workplace, primary and secondary trauma, and strategies for coping with trauma while caring for patients. Additionally, the course will delve into the crucial distinctions between self-compassion and self-care, emphasizing the three components of self-compassion. This course is the last of a 3-part series.
