I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and PhD Candidate with clinical expertise in treating anxiety, depression, addiction, PTSD, trauma, bi-polar disorder, and chronic medical conditions exacerbated by mental health. I provide an interactive therapeutic style for individuals, couples, and families. To do this, I integrate various methodologies and techniques to offer a personalized client centered approach while utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, spirituality, motivational interviewing, and solution focused strategies inclusive of compassion and understanding. It is my belief that all people are born precious and free. Along the way, life presents challenges that could cause an individual to feel unfulfilled, empty, unseen, unheard, and misunderstood. I understand that each person is the driver of their own life and has within them the strength to overcome obstacles.
