By changing our thoughts, people can change how they feel and what they do. Gestalt Therapy- This approach emphasizes the importance of being aware of the here and now, as well as accepting responsibility for yourself. Psychodynamic- approach focuses on changing the problematic behaviors, feelings, and thoughts by discovering unconscious meanings and motivations. Stronger communication skills, increased self-awareness and development of coping/ management skills.
