I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin. I attended UW-Whitewater and UW-Milwaukee to obtain my Bachelor's and Master's of Science Degrees. Professionally, I have worked as an Autism Line therapist, Ongoing Case Manager within Child Protection and as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2017. I specialize in working with youth and adults who are dealing with adjustment issues, various trauma, career counseling, & life stressors. My approach to therapy is of warm acceptance, unconditional positive regard and encouraging you to be yourself unapologetically. I tend to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Interventions and Solution Focused Interventions. I have experience with Play therapy techniques. My primary goal is to teach you techniques and coping skills to handle daily struggles so that you can apply them on a daily basis. You will be empowered, challenged, validated, and supported.

The care options presented consist of treatment providers that we have assessed to be quality providers across a range of services for mental health, substance use, relationships, and other well-being needs. We aim to include only high quality providers and multiple viable options for those seeking care.

Do participating providers pay us?

To make our site free for consumers, providers on Psych Hub pay fees to connect with potential clients who are a fit for their services. Some also purchase Psych Hub’s educational content for practitioner training and client support. These fees enable us to operate our service, including screening and updating information on each provider.

How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don’t, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
