I’m here to listen, support, and provide personalized insights. Whether it’s brainstorming, problem-solving, or offering guidance, I adapt to your needs. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, empowered, and clear about whatever you’re working through. I approach every conversation with openness, tailoring advice to fit your unique perspective and style. My approach to therapy is client-centered and holistic. Everyone is unique, shaped and formed by their environment and experience so here at M&E Wellness, you will have a safe space to be you. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, IFS, and psychoanalytic. My goal with each client is to create an individualized treatment for their unique needs. Clients can expect to walk away from sessions with me feeling understood, supported, and with practical insights. I focus on making sure they leave with clarity—whether that’s from answering questions, brainstorming ideas, or offering guidance in areas where they feel stuck. I aim to create an open, non-judgmental space, where clients feel comfortable sharing and exploring their thoughts. My goal is always to provide value that feels personalized and relevant to their situation.
