Hello! I'm Savannah and I hail from the Central Valley of California. I recieved my education from CSU Fresno and completed my training in a domestic violence shelter and school based services. I now focus on those experiencing later in life diagnoses of ADHD and those who have experienced various types of trauma. I focus on creating a judgement free environment that is inclusive to all. I view my role as one where I am being invited to walk alongside you at this time of your life. I always attempt to honor the aspect of invitation to ensure that I am not “pushing” or “dragging” you in a direction that you are not comfortable going to. I believe this is truly your journey and I am honored to walk alongside during that journey. My primary goal is to empower you, I truly believe that you are the expert on you! Our first few sessions will be focusing on making sure we really get to know each other, as well as share the same language when it comes to your symptoms, experiences, and goals. From there on out we will jump in to the work together!
