Sarah has graduate degrees in art therapy & counseling as well as in public health. She focuses on using creative methods of therapeutic communication to support clients with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, ASD, and other mental health concerns. Her practice is client -centered and uses a public health framework to enhance social and cultural perspectives Sarah approaches therapy from a place of non-judgement, openness and with warmth and humor.
