I schedule sessions during evening hours; 5:00pm to 9:30pm Monday and Thursday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:30pm and 9:30pm. I’ve been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2007. I’ve worked with a wide range of individuals; people suffering from severe chronic mental health disabilities, children and families, and adults seeking to bring positive change to their lives. These experiences have given a host of tools to address your mental health needs and help you make positive change. I am a firm believer in client-centered, strength based treatment guided by the individual. This is your treatment, it should meet your goals. I do this through the use of Cognitive Behavior Therapy. This can be a powerful tool in changing both thoughts and actions. Together we will develop a plan that can effectively bring about the change you desire. I will guide you through the process, always letting you tell me what you need. Our sessions will be focused on bringing about change. I will do my best to provide you tools that will increase satisfaction with your life and address the reasons for treatment. However, sessions are not inflexible. The will take into account pressing needs while moving forward to achieve long term therapeutic goals.
