Kendra Metcalf is a licensed professional counselor who graduated from Harding University in 2014 with a specialist degree in professional counseling. Kendra’s master level work focused on working with populations in higher education. During her professional career Kendra has worked with all different populations in several different settings including her faith based private practice, community mental health, and residential treatment facility. Kendra provides therapy for depression, anxiety, communication, poor self-esteem, conflict resolution, parenting issues, grief and loss, and relationship issues. Her counseling approach involves using several other evidenced based therapies such as; Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment, Motivational Interviewing, and Interpersonal therapy.
