“Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.” -Brene Brown- Life oftentimes feels so overwhelming and is accompanied by emotions that can be confusing and feel out of control. Thankfully, we don’t have to face the storms of life alone. I believe that connection with others and with ourselves is one of the most core components of the healing journey. I consider it a great honor to walk alongside those willing to share their stories, no matter how messy it may seem. I'm licensed clinical social worker trained in evidence-based therapy methods designed to help you unpack the overwhelming emotions and belief systems ingrained in your daily life. I have training in Brainspotting, trauma therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, and CBT for insomnia. I utilize DBT, mindfulness, attachment-based, and solution focused approaches. It is my goal to create a safe and genuine space where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered. I will meet you where you are and work with you to create an individualized plan of care. Clients have described me as patient, understanding, and easy to talk to. I am excited to begin this healing journey together!
