I specialize in anxiety, depression and life transitions and hope to walk with you through this by offering a safe space to process your past and present self as you move towards a more full future. My goal is that you may become more empowered to face life’s challenges through your counseling experience. Though I work with people from all backgrounds, I am passionate about working with others as they find abundant life and believe that this is best done in relationship with one another. My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults, focusing on anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, broken familial relationships, boundary work, and other mental health concerns. I am also certified in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
