I am here to listen to your emotions and together we can overcome the obstacles. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology & School Counseling. Since the beginning of my career I been serving Individuals, couples and families struggling with relational difficulties, adjustment, depression, anxiety, ADHD, ODD, and Cultural diversity related concerns. My Approach in each secessions will be Active Listening to the clients. Clients can explains his/her concerns which always helps to use specific techniques. Most commonly used techniques are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral, Solution focused therapy in a way that will meet each client’s specific needs. After first session, my clients can take away the feeling of support.
