My practice combines my experience in mental health & endocrinology. My psychiatric training was at John's Hopkins University, with pediatric psychiatry training at Boston Children's Hospital. I specialize in anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, & the effect of learning differences & endocrine conditions on mental health. I have been involved in clinical & research areas of practice, & understand deeply the impact that life stressors & other health concerns can exert upon ones mental wellbeing. My approach is one of creating a space of openness, acceptance, and true partnership, to offer care that is congruent with one's values and goals. With pharmacologic methods, optimizing whole health, including non-pharmacologic, nutritional psychiatry, activity / movement, and mindfulness (embodiment), is foundational to our time together. A sense that one has been truly listened to; a collaborative plan of care that resonates with their values; holistic methodological approaches; a feeling of support, and that one can be open and accepted during our time together. After you book on headway I will send a link to the health record portal (tebra), along with practice policies which must be complete prior to our appointment.
