Hi there, I’m Vanessa. A licensed mental health professional who focuses on meeting clients where they are and we work together to find meaningful evidence-based approaches to promote emotional well-being. I utilize a combination of therapeutic modalities but place an emphasis on Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness-based techniques and Acceptance Therapy. These strategies are used in order to assist individuals in reducing limiting beliefs. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self-approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I have a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families, to cope with anxiety, addiction, depression, interpersonal conflict, relational problems, stressors, and trauma.
