Hey! I'm Vadeisha, a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) serving in Texas and Louisiana. With a Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and a decade-long journey in the field, I'm passionate about fostering healing and empowerment in individuals, particularly focusing on supporting black women through pivotal life transitions. Over the years, my experience has spanned various domains, including juvenile justice, therapeutic foster care, reproductive justice, and child welfare. Certified in Trust-Based Relational Intervention and the Structured Analysis Family Evaluation, my expertise extends to clinical assessments such as the Integrated Behavioral Health Assessment and Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths assessments.
