Uchechi Nwosu-iroha
I am Uchechi Nwosu-Iroha. I am dual board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner. I support my clients with medication management, therapy, and coaching. I have a passion for people. I always want to help my patients process how their behaviors can affect their lives and experiences. My goal is to help my clients thrive in all aspects of health and wellness. I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from California State University, Chico. I completed the Versant RN Residency Program at Northridge Hospital Medical Center. I received my Master of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner from the Charles Drew University of Medicine and Science and my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification from the National University. I started my clinical nursing career as a cardiovascular nurse in August 2010 at Northridge Hospital. Since then, I have worked in various healthcare settings, including providing inpatient and outpatient care. I became a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2015 and most recently became certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I currently attend to patients via telemedicine as a PMHNP. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, singing, cooking Nigerian delicacies, and watching movies. I have a music single released in September of 2021 and am working on another one.
