I empower children, adolescents and young adults to know, love and accept themselves; bringing out their best self and maximizing their potential. I also provide individuals and families with tools needed to deal with and support loved ones facing any mental health distress. I utilize medications, therapies and other self-care strategies in nursing your whole person; spirit, soul and body back to life and optimal health.
