Hi, everyone. I'm Susan. Welcome to my world – an experience in which we engage in a unique partnership on what may be one of the most important journeys of your life. Are you feeling unloved, unappreciated, helpless, hopeless due to some unplanned reality in your life. Do you need healing from adversity such as the ending of a relationship, the loss of employment, an unexpected debilitating illness, the death of a loved one, post-partum depression. These are a few of life occurrences that may have us feeling we will never see the light in the darkness or rise out of the flood of emotion. No matter what the adversity, we each have the inborn resilience to either return to a previous "normal" or carve out a new "normal." On this journey, we are truly partners. Each of us has a part in the process of healing. I rely on my knowledge and skills to guide me in EMDR, CBT, CPT, DPT, or Mindfulness. New coping strategies help to reduce the intensity of symptoms and permit you to face whatever painful occurrence has come into your life. So…I invite you to invite me to share this journey.
