My name is Sheryl, and I have a passion for helping others live a less restrictive lifestyle, identify goals, and gain a greater sense of fulfillment. I can help you process things of the past, tune in more to the present, and address your worries about the future. I can help you set healthy boundaries so you can live a balanced life and reach your goals. If you don’t have goals, no problem, we can find something together that would be meaningful for you. I have helped people overcome depression and anxiety in order to live more fulfilling lives, build healthy relationships, and repair strained relationships. More importantly, I have supported young people in identifying their sense of self or who they want to be. I also have experience working with families who struggle with cultural and generational gaps. I like to promote fitness/exercise and mindfulness in my work. I truly believe in the mind and body connection, and like to incorporate a lot of mindfulness and body exercises into my practice. If any of these sound interesting then let’s work together!
