As a busy, career driven mom, wife, daughter and sister, I know the stress of every day life, when you are prioritizing everyone else, always being the one that everyone comes to for help, and then one day you realize that you are losing who YOU are, that you are not enjoying life anymore, almost just going through the motions. I help people who deal with the same issues I do - - namely anxiety and depression. I have been dealing with this my entire life and have not only trained in overcoming anxiety, but also learned and utilized various tips and tricks along the way that have absolutely worked for me. My approach is very simple: we talk about what you can do every day, in little ways, to cope with the anxiety and depression that can get out of control.
