I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with more than 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field. I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology from Fisk University, an HBCU. My Master's degree is from Argosy University in Atlanta. Throughout my career, my primary goal has always been to collaborate with clients and assist them in navigating through challenging times. Externally, everything may appear to be going well, but internally, challenges persist, making life difficult. Striving for perfection, grappling with past worries, and facing uncertainty about the future can impact various aspects of your life, including relationships with family and friends, hindering you from living authentically.
