I utilize my training as a Somatic Experience Practitioner, certified EMDR, and NARM therapist, and licensed substance abuse counselor help connect and work with why you may keep doing the same thing and following the same patterns of self-destruction. I utilized my 26 years being clean and sober and my fully education and experience as a Licensed addiction and substance abuse counselors to help you direct your life away from alcohol and drugs. Clients come to me when they have problems with the life they have created for themselves. My solution focused style utilizes my years of being in 4 different career industries, my natural intuitions and love of helping others.
