I consider myself a change facilitator, being passionate about supporting clients through growth at any stage in their life, towards evolution and self-actualization. My practice focus is into assisting adults to create and live their healthiest and most fulfilling lives possible. These are some of the issues in which I have extensive experience: depression, anxiety, maternal mental health (pre- and post-natal) trauma and abuse, self-esteem, and self-confidence, personal development. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and solution-focused therapy.
