Hello. I'm Robin. Are you feeling overwhelmed? Taking care of everyone and forgetting yourself ? Struggling with life changes? Do you need to regroup and refocus? Sometimes it's helpful to have a sounding board to help us through these times. Our sessions will be a safe place where you can be you. A space to laugh, cry or let off that steam that builds up in our buy lives. By utilizing talk therapy, relaxation techniques and focusing on thoughts that may be holding you back, we can free you from feeling stuck. My style is laid back, supportive and nonjudgmental. I have worked with clients who have experienced stressful times, such as when dealing with illness, end of life or experiencing major life changes. These difficult days may bring on anxiety, depression or fear of what lies ahead. I hope my education and experience can help you cope through these times. I believe you already have the tools to take you to where you want to be. Through working collaboratively, we will uncover your strengths and skills, as well as, add a few more, so that you'll have what it takes to face the challenges and to celebrate the wins.
