Yes, stress is part of everyday life but learning healthy coping strategies will help you feel empowered and ready to take on whatever life throws at you. Utilizing a Solution Focused approach, together we will have a goal-oriented focus to problem-solving. This approach will move you away from feeling helpless to feeling hopeful and inspired. Solution Focused goals are set up incrementally, so you build on your success. Regardless of how small the success, it is worth celebrating each step of the way, at each session meeting. I have many years of successful counseling experience supporting a diverse population of individuals from ages 18 thru 84. I enjoy working with individuals from all backgrounds. I understand the challenges many of us are facing with trying to balance personal needs, cultural challenges, developmental stages, relationships, partners, family, single life, married life, financial stress, career-building (career set-backs & toxic work cultures), high demand careers (law, nursing, education...) parenting, fertility issues, and modern dating.
