Since I started practicing in 2004, I have worked with adults and adolescents, individually and in groups. In my 20 years of experience, I have supported many people on their mental health journey to rediscover their strengths, renew their motivation and learn new skills to live life as they want. Whether you're dealing with feeling overwhelmed, experiencing new transitions, or are a survivor of cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. I have worked with trauma survivors, supported parents through parenting challenges, and helped many find new ways to manage stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship struggles. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back.
