Dr. Mohamed Mulla earned his PhD in clinical psychology at The University of Alabama, and completed his doctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at the Alpert Medical School of Brown University. He has a passion for providing scientifically-supported treatments with a person-centered approach to meet the unique needs of individuals. Dr. Mulla is also committed to helping and advocating for individuals from minority and underserved populations. Over the past three years, Dr. Mulla has worked as a psychologist in a large VA medical center, and has gained extensive experience treating a range of mental health problems, including depression and anxiety disorders, PTSD and other trauma-related disorders, and interpersonal and relationship issues. Dr. Mulla also has specialized training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia-one of the most effective and we’ll supported treatments for individual’s struggling with achieving adequate sleep. He is dedicated to collaboratively working with individuals to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
