Hi! I'm a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in Florida. I received my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida and have practiced counseling for over 20 years. I help children, teens, and young adults become the best versions of themselves. I also work with older adults. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, behavioral concerns, relationships, and life transitions. I am an advocate of empowering my clients. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for my clients to explore and grow. I am a mother of four grown sons and have one grandson. I have experience as a homeschool teacher and a school counselor in the public schools. I enjoy hiking in the mountains, biking off-road, and walking on the beach.
