Martha Setliff
Therapist
LPC
My therapeutic approach is based on a collaborative, integrative framework aimed at helping clients enhance self-awareness and develop effective coping skills. I frequently employ a variety of interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to explore self-talk and integrate self-compassion, while also teaching mindfulness techniques, and more. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental atmosphere where clients feel safe to explore their concerns. *Please note: I am not able to complete any requests for administrative services such as disability certifications or special accommodations (including Emotional Support Animal letters) related to psychological conditions.
