Over the past 26 years I've helped folks - probably much like yourself - develop the skills to get sober and maintain recovery from drugs and alcohol and manage co-occurring mental health concerns. I've had the opportunity to assist adults of all ages, races, cultures, religious/spiritual backgrounds, and many within the LBTQ+ community to create the foundation needed to manage their mental health and finally stop using drugs and alcohol.
