Hi there. Welcome and nice to meet you, I'm Marline. I am co-founder of Patient's Choice Mental Health & Medical Care. I'm a double board certified Nurse Practioner, with specialties in Family/Primary-Care and Psychiatry-Mental health. What does that mean? I diagnose mental health disorders, provide psychiatric evaluations, education, prescribe medication, offer talk therapy and coaching, and refer to colleagues when required. My goal is to help you function at your best self, with your assistance we can create a treatment plan that is tailored specifically for you. I understand it is challenging to navigate through life, you may be experiencing a lot of uncertainty about the direction life is taking you. I want you to know this is the place for you. You are not alone; whether you are struggling with worry and feeling overwhelmed, having a hard time overcoming depression, sadness, despair, feeling unmotivated or have no desire to get out of bed in the mornings, we can create a solution together. I believe my clients would describe me as compassionate & understanding. In our sessions, I want you to feel validated and accepted, know that this is a judgment-free space. If you allow yourself to, we will unpack a lot and decide how you are going to move forward. I acknowledge that life can be complicated and I understand the importance of self-care. To me, self-care is watching Law & Order SVU or Grey's on weekends, a relaxation massage, trying new skincare products from Ulta, a new recipe, spending time with a friend, or strolling through Ross or TJ Maxx (because I love a good bargain). Additional info for cash-pay clients: Listed above is a $200 fee, for Psychiatric Evaluations. Please read below for cash pay prices, sliding scale offered. -Counseling & therapy: $100-125 per session -Psychiatric Evaluation: $200 -Follow-up appointments/Medication-Management: $75-100
