I am a board-certified and licensed Psychiatry-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I take pride in taking my time to get to know my patient's concerns and goals for the visits. I offer mental health evaluations and medication management. My practice is open to clients 17-64 years old with general psychiatric needs with a particular interest in anxiety, mood disorders, and ADHD. My goal is to develop and maintain empathetic and trust-based relationships with my patients, creating a safe and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment. I conduct thorough psychiatric assessments, actively listening to patients and their families to understand their concerns and experiences. I collaborate and develop personalized treatment plans, incorporating patient goals and preferences. I prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, addressing concerns and side effects with empathy and transparency. I offer empathetic counseling and psychotherapy, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to support patients in their journey to recovery.
