Hello, I'm Mark, and I'm glad you're here. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate approach to therapy. I hold a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Certified Addiction Specialist in Colorado. Additionally, I am a professional member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and an AAMFT-approved supervisor in training. My journey in mental health has allowed me to work with clients and their families across all intellectual functioning levels, including those with learning and intellectual disabilities. I've had the privilege of helping many children, adults, and their families navigate various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. My therapeutic philosophy centers on building strengths and fostering a balance between self-differentiation and togetherness. I believe in the power of therapy to transform lives and am dedicated to providing a safe, supportive space for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
