I specialize in maternal mental health where I help perinatal and postpartum clients adjust to life changes associated with their unique situations. My areas of expertise are in pregnancy and postpartum support, trying to conceive, birth trauma, and loss. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness in session to promote recovery. Starting therapy can be daunting, but you deserve to have a space where you can be vulnerable and not face any judgment.
