Hello, I'm Lorren, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I believe therapy is about honoring yourself and creating safety in loving, championing, and accepting yourself. Over the years, I have worked with all ages, and primarily see adults in their 20s and 30s. I am also trained in the Gottman Method and see couples** and other relationship** styes for relationship therapy **(I am currently only accepting Cash Pay for Couple’s/Relationship therapy and do not accept insurance for couple’s/relationship therapy). I specialize in: Trauma Recovery, LGBTQ+ , Queer Identities, Couple's Counseling, and Systems/Social Justice therapy. I have experience with issues including identity, anxiety, integrating different relationship styles, PTSD and grief/loss. I use EMDR, TfCBT, and a systems approach to therapy as well as integrating other treatments into my practice. I have always been drawn to the arts and nature, and will incorporate that into my practice when appropriate.
