Mr. Chambers is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Master Addiction Counselor, Psychotherapist, Certified Clinical Supervisor, Master Level Registered Addiction Specialist, and Owner of Community Psychotherapy and Addiction Counseling, LLC (DBA Community Psychotherapy), a former Affiliate of Coffee Regional Medical Center, Douglas, Georgia, from 2017-2019. He is licensed by the Georgia Composite Board (License #CSW005857) and the Connecticut Department of Public Health (License #008277) to conduct psychosocial evaluations, diagnose mental health disorders, and provide evidence-based behavioral and mental health treatment to individuals, couples, families, and groups. He also provides consultation, mental health diagnoses, and NEXUS letters for military Veterans to support VA service-connected disability claims. Mr. Chambers is a graduate of the University of Southern California Suzann Dworak-Peck School of Social Work, Master of Social Work, where he attended the Orange County Academic Center in Irvine, CA, the USC University Park Campus in Los Angeles, CA, and participated in the Military and Veterans Programs at the Military Academic Center in San Diego, CA. He is also a graduate of Troy University with a Master of Science in Criminal Justice; Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science with honors, Magna Cum Laude; and Arizona Western College with an Associate of Science with honors, Academic Distinction. Mr. Chambers has over a decade of experience working as a psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and Program Director for the Veterans Health Administration, the Department of Defense, State and Local Governments, Public Health, Non-Profit Organizations, and Private Practice.
