Mental health challenges are at an all time high due to the chronic stress and anxiety that's resulted from enduring a pandemic, but also because of the ongoing pressure we put on ourselves to get it all right no matter what. We often try to maintain a pace that's not sustainable and then end up burning out/ getting overwhelmed/ and ultimately feeling paralyzed not feeling motivated or knowing what to do next. This is where my support as a therapist and life coach comes in very handy. A new way of thinking and doing things is possible. I always say: Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional. I teach my clients through solution focused therapy and cognitive behavioral approaches how to manage their thoughts and feelings more successfully where taking empowered/ inspired action is possible again. No more wondering why you do what you do... or feeling stuck! I teach my clients how to better understand and transform their habits/ how to think intentionally/ be more decisive and manage frustrations along the way without all the suffering that comes with distracting mind drama. As a clinical social worker since 2004 and certified life coach since 2007, I've been supporting individuals/ children/ families in achieving optimal mental health for more than two decades. I have expertise in supporting those who struggle with anxiety/ depression/ parenting challenges/ family conflict/ and trauma based challenges as well.
