I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor who is passionate about the therapeutic process and am deeply committed to helping others achieve a well-balanced, healthy lifestyle while discovering and enriching the uniqueness of oneself. I’m very fortunate to have a career where I feel fulfilled and help create a positive change in others. I became a therapist to help others realize that we are all resilient beings capable of functioning better while working alongside life’s challenges. Based on my own experience as an adult, I too have had to learn the appropriate educational tools and coping skills to show up each day at my best …despite life’s hardships. My goal for every one of my clients is to learn different ways to cope with issues by identifying problems that are blocking growth. I strive to assist others on how to alter their ways of thinking and reacting to problems that occur in their lives. I show great effort in normalizing therapy so that we can heal ….as a whole.
