As a Licensed therapist specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), self esteem and trauma work, I can help you get back into the driver's seat of your emotional roller coaster called life. In addition, with my knowledge and experience of using the trauma recovery and empowerment model (TREM), I will be able to help you work through past experiences that are still a struggle today. I will use my tools as a certified dialectical behavior therapist to help guide you on problem solving skills. I want to provide a safe space for you to be your most authentic self.
