I am licensed in Missouri with 18+ years of professional work experience. I have specialized experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, depression and eating disorders. I also have experience as a health coach and use a holistic approach to treatment. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I facilitate individual and family therapy with teens, college students, and adults. My clients are often feeling overwhelmed and disconnected, and feel like it's difficult to share what they are going through with their family or friends. They may be going through transitions, having conflicts in their relationships or coping with trauma experiences. I will meet you where you are at and provide a safe space for you to share. I like to work with clients as a team as we identify strengths, explore relationship dynamics and develop skills to make life feel more manageable.
