I have a passionate interest in working with individuals on issues related to stress & anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief, relationships, and issues related to long-term illnesses. I'm here to provide a safe, compassionate space to share your thoughts. Working together we can identify goals and areas in your life where you're unhappy or just not coping well. In addition to improving coping strategies, we'll work together to help you become aware of negative or self-critical thoughts that have you stuck and prevent you from leading a more peaceful life.
