Khadeer Khan, Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner DNP, MSN-Ed, PMHNP, NEA-BC, FNP-BC, CEN, CNE, CHEP Dr. Khadeer Khan is a mid-level provider at a federally qualified health care center and an associate professor at a local accredited university where he lectures Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) students.
