I specialize in working with high functioning adults, age 20 and above, whose dysfunctional behavioral patterns prevent them from leading more joyful, empowered lives. Perhaps your family’s in your ear all the time, or your friends or spouse. Or your relationship is changing and you don't know how to make it better. And you bend to make them happy, but are then resentful and unfulfilled. You’re doing your best to manage anxious or depressed feelings, but family or relationship conflicts are challenging. My approach is engaging, compassionate and attentive. I slow you down so that you can hear, sense and understand yourself in different ways. We explore the parts of you that make you uncomfortable, and move through your pain and vulnerabilities. Through emotional and thought processes, we move your closed off parts closer to you, as your feelings towards them change. Life can begin to feel lighter, more manageable, more at ease. Inside each of us, there is a deep need to align with our core values and beliefs, with our self worth and truth. We’ll identify behaviors stemming from your pain and help you align with actions coming from your worth.
