Now more than ever, Millennials and GenZ individuals are feeling uncertain of how to feel fulfilled in life, and to find a sense of purpose. I would love to help you find those answers within. You are not alone in this! I have 10+ years working in the mental health field. I have worked at non profits with children and families, school systems with underserved teens, DCFS involved children, group practices with couples and individuals, and rehab facilities doing individual therapy. I would love to be apart of helping you identify and understand how you're feeling, make some adjustments, learn healthy coping, and bring some color back in your life.
