Profile Hi! I am a Social Worker who would like to help those who are struggling with many different situations. I have a Bachelor of Psychology with a specialization in family studies and Master’s of Social Work with a specialization in Mental Health and Addictions. I worked for over 20 years in inpatient behavioral health units. I have provided group therapy in a partial hospitalization program as well as in inpatient units. I have worked with clients throughout the lifecycle, from 5 years old to those who are over 65. I have worked alongside many professionals, collaborated treatment plans and safe discharge plans back into the community. I am now looking forward to listening to clients to understand their concerns and joining with them on their journey to reach their goal. I specialize in Strength Based Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness. I have worked with clients who struggle with Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Low Self-Esteem, Post Partum Depression, Post Partum Psychosis, Self Injurious Behavior. It would be an honor to work with clients who need help finding their life balance.
