Life can be challenging and people find help is needed.. Some challenges develop over time and then reach a crisis point. Work stress, anxiety, parenting and discipline problems, or marital problems are examples of these. Some of us must cope with long-term conditions or problems, like trauma, depression, or loss. Through my educational background, personal insight, compassion, and problem-solving skills to work with you on the issues or problems that are interfering with your happiness and quality of life. I value the therapeutic relationship that built with each individual and as a strengths based therapist, the focus of sessions are empowering the individual to live your best life. Guidance is offered through this process to build skills to assist in overcoming the obstacles being faced with consideration of the individuals values, beliefs and principals. The therapy techniques used include solutions-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness.
