Life is hard. Everyone walks through tough times, and no one should have to do it alone. It is my goal to walk with my clients through trials and see them emerge a stronger, healthier version of themselves. It takes courage to ask for help, therefore everyone who walks through my door is treated with respect and met with empathy and compassion. As a therapist, I truly believe that mental, physical, and spiritual health are all interconnected in a way that cannot be separated. My approach is holistic, helping my clients to create a life they enjoy through focusing on all aspects of well-being for long lasting progress. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to encourage individuals of all ages, couples, and families to change their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors through practical and useful tools that can be used in everyday life. I aim to foster an environment of comfort and calm. My office is a judgement-free zone, where healing truly happens.
