Hi I'm Jovanna! Have you been overwhelmed by the things life has thrown at you? Do you feel your mind being pulled in different directions? Are you finding it hard to love yourself? I help hard workers manage their anxiety and help avoid getting burnt out by re-establishing a work/life balance. Together we'll work on finding out what hasn't been working for you. We'll identify the needs of your mind, body, and environment to help you regain that stability. I also incorporate some mindfulness and positive psychology to help you re-establish a positive relationship with yourself. Whether you're managing overwhelming life stressors, setting healthy boundaries, or dealing with cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can seem intimidating but you are taking the first strong step in getting your power back. In our sessions together, I will meet you with open ears ready to learn about you and your needs and with evidence-based tools you can use to overcome these setbacks.
