🌻Hi, my name is Janette Rodriguez, LCSW and welcome! My therapeutic approach is centered around authenticity, compassion, and empowerment. I believe that true healing happens when we create a safe and gentle space to explore what’s holding us back—while also recognizing and nurturing the strengths we often overlook, like resilience and inner wisdom. While I am formally trained in a variety of evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Somatic Practices, and EMDR trained—I understand that life doesn’t always fit neatly into a box. Because of this, I tailor my approach to fit your unique needs, blending different techniques and frameworks to support your journey in a way that feels right for you. I know that starting therapy can feel daunting, and opening up about what we’ve been holding inside can feel even scarier. But within that vulnerability lies the opportunity for growth. Together, we’ll work to uncover your strengths, build confidence, and move toward your best self—both in and outside of therapy.
