Gustaf Pollock
Gustaf Pollock, MA, LPCC has been working in the mental health field for over five years, obtained his Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and his Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University. He has experience in working with a variety of mental health diagnoses, particularly adults suffering from Anxiety and Depression. He enjoys meeting his clients; where they are in life with compassion and empathy to improve the quality of their lives. He hopes to be of assistance in reducing and managing mental health symptoms, identifying goals, increasing life functioning, building interpersonal skills for conflict resolution and improving relationships, increase problem-solving skills, increasing self-awareness, mindfulness, healing trauma, improving self-care and resilience, building self-esteem and assertiveness, and improving parenting skills. He is continually increasing his training and education to learn best, evidenced-based practices, to better serve his clients.
